Please keep in mind, all digital file sales are non refundable. 

These digital files include an STL file to use on your choice of 3D Printer, if you choose you would rather have it printed for you, please select the 3D Printed Housing, rather than the digital file. 

All of our Digital STL files, as well as the physically printed housings include a pull tab. This tab is meant to help you start the pulling process of the silicone mold once cured.

Please keep in mind all 3D printed housings are made of PLA filament, and are created using a 3D Printer. As such, all housings will have lines, as that is the process of creation with the 3D Printer.

3D Printed Physical Housings will only be accepted for returns if they are returned in the condition in which they have been received, brand new and un-used.. Any Physical Housing that has been returned used, will have a 50% restocking fee within the initial 7 business days. All Physical Housings are non-returnable after the first initial 7 business days.

Digital Files can be downloaded once payment has been confirmed which usually happens instantly, all physical housings have a turn around time as listed at the top of our website. 

All Digital Files are not to be redistributed or sold in any digital format. Only Physical items created by the digital files may be re-sold.
